Pricing & Estimates
How much does furnace repair cost in the Twin Cities?
Most furnace repairs run $300–$500 including parts and labor. We always provide upfront pricing before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Do you charge for estimates?
We charge a diagnostic fee to come out and identify the problem. That fee is applied toward any repair we perform, so it effectively becomes free if you move forward.
How much does a new furnace cost?
A complete furnace installation typically runs $3,300–$9,700 depending on the unit size, efficiency rating, and any ductwork adjustments needed. We offer three tiers — Entry, High-Efficiency, and Premium — with transparent pricing for each.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options on equipment installations. Ask us about current terms when you request your estimate.
Why do you show pricing ranges online?
Because we believe you deserve to know what things cost before you're standing in your basement with a broken furnace. Every home is different, so exact pricing requires a visit, but the ranges are accurate and help you plan.
Services & Maintenance
How often should I get my furnace serviced?
Once a year, ideally in early fall before you need it. An annual tune-up catches small problems before they become expensive failures and keeps your equipment running at peak efficiency.
What's included in a standard tune-up vs. the Super Clean?
A standard tune-up ($59) covers inspection, filter check, safety tests, and basic cleaning. The Super Clean ($169) includes a full 10-step deep cleaning process — coil cleaning, drain flush, biocide treatment, and more. It's especially valuable if your AC has that musty "dirty sock" smell.
Do you handle both heating and cooling?
Yes. We service and install furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems across the Twin Cities metro.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
A good rule: if a repair costs more than half the price of a new unit, and your equipment is over 10–12 years old, replacement usually makes more financial sense. We'll always give you an honest recommendation — we don't push replacements when repairs are the right call.
Do you service all brands?
We service most major brands. For new installations, we work with Goodman, Daikin, and Carrier equipment — all backed by the GE Elite Partner warranty program.
Warranties & Guarantees
What is the GE Elite Partner warranty?
As a GE Elite Partner, we offer a 12-year parts and 12-year labor warranty on qualifying equipment — plus a lifetime heat exchanger warranty. This is one of the strongest warranties available in the Twin Cities.
What if I have a problem after a repair?
We stand behind our work. If a repair we performed fails, call us and we'll make it right.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed with the State of Minnesota, bonded, and insured. Our technicians hold EPA Universal and NATE certifications.
